. Cancellation of Appointments

  1. Users may cancel their scheduled physiotherapy appointments through the App up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any cancellation fees.
  2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee, as determined by the individual physiotherapy provider.
  3. Users must cancel appointments by contacting the physiotherapy provider’s office. Failure to cancel an appointment may result in a no-show fee.
  4. Refunds
  5. Refunds for cancelled appointments will be issued in accordance with the following guidelines:
  • If a cancellation fee applies and has been charged, the refund amount will be the total appointment fee minus the cancellation fee.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  1. Refunds will not be provided for appointments that have already been completed.
  2. In the event of technical issues or errors resulting in duplicate charges, users should contact customer support for assistance. Refunds for duplicate charges will be issued promptly upon verification.
  3. Appointment Rescheduling
  4. Users may reschedule their appointments through the App or by contacting the physiotherapy provider’s office.
  5. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability and must be done within a reasonable timeframe.
  6. Exceptions
  7. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as sudden illness or emergencies, users may request exceptions to the cancellation policy. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the physiotherapy provider.
