. Cancellation of Appointments
- Users may cancel their scheduled physiotherapy appointments through the App up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee, as determined by the individual physiotherapy provider.
- Users must cancel appointments by contacting the physiotherapy provider’s office. Failure to cancel an appointment may result in a no-show fee.
- Refunds
- Refunds for cancelled appointments will be issued in accordance with the following guidelines:
- If a cancellation fee applies and has been charged, the refund amount will be the total appointment fee minus the cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Refunds will not be provided for appointments that have already been completed.
- In the event of technical issues or errors resulting in duplicate charges, users should contact customer support for assistance. Refunds for duplicate charges will be issued promptly upon verification.
- Appointment Rescheduling
- Users may reschedule their appointments through the App or by contacting the physiotherapy provider’s office.
- Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability and must be done within a reasonable timeframe.
- Exceptions
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as sudden illness or emergencies, users may request exceptions to the cancellation policy. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the physiotherapy provider.
